The classics in furniture, the J16, by Hans J. Wegner and the 3237, by Břrge Mogensen, are part of the décor at two newly opened restaurants in Vejle: ”Remouladen” and The Lodge. ”Remouladen" serves traditional Danish food of high quality, and The Lodge focuses on dishes that include meat, fish and poultry. Classic food without being too posh and fancy, but still capable of pushing the envelope - with quality as main ingredient. That's why it seems natural, that Břrge Mogensen and Hans J Wegner's furniture classics have been given a place as part of the décor. The two pioneers of furniture produced a piece of expert design for craftsmanship, rooted in tradition, but at the same time a design, which has proven to be timeless and is rediscovered, generation after generation.
